Adrian is the founder of Carrillo Business Services, LLC (CBS). Prior to founding CBS in 2001; Adrian held numerous management level financial positions. He recently, was the Senior Financial Planning Analyst of Providence Washington Insurance Company, Inc. He was responsible to compile and administer a $256M annual budget including expense spending, premiums, loss ratios, expense allocations, and net income. Implemented and maintained budget management reports. Established strong working relationships with senior management and partners. Served as Project Leader to direct efforts in successful implementation of Hyperion Planning tool by streamlining budget process to increase overall operation efficiency.
As an Accounting Manager for a not for profit health care company-Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Inc. Directed payroll functions and recommended new procedures for over 1500 employees in 4 states. Ensured compliance with payroll policy in accordance with federal and state laws, and internal policies. Accountable for annual company pension contribution. Produced numerous reports and budget forecast spreadsheets. Managed all general ledgers related functions for 5 subsidiaries companies. Prepared quarterly estimated taxes, and annual federal and state corporate tax returns.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Turabo University in Gurabo, PR, and a Masters in Business Administration degree with concentration in Accounting from Johnson and Wales University, RI.

Adrian Jr. has been with CBS for 13 years. He has grown in his position taking on a managing role and is always striving for more challenges. He is responsible for the accounting and payroll processing for all our clients. As our client manager he is their main point of contact for support and on-boarding. I'm sure, as Adrian Jr. continues to take on more responsibilities he will excel in his career of accounting.
Adrian Jr. earned his IRS Enrolled Agent License as of September 2019.
Adrian had three years of high school accounting and is currently pursuing his Dual BA/MBA degree in Accounting from UMASS Dartmouth. His goal is to become a CPA.
Elsa's responsibilities are the preparation of individual tax returns. She oversees the entire tax season filing. It's her responsibility to assure that the tax season runs as smoothly as possible and address any issues or improvements to streamline the process. The tax season is a very challenging four months, but Elsa does a great job in keeping us focus in providing great customer services to our clients and meeting our goals and objectives. She is also our Admin. Assistant during the off season. She supervises a seasonal tax preparer.
Elsa holds a college degree from Newbury College.
